- In the cleanup/setup phase, your Accountant helps you set up your chart of accounts, connects your banks, and teaches you the basics. If you have information in your accounting software already, your Accountant will help clean it up in the first month of service.
- As part of ongoing bookkeeping, your Accountant categorizes your transactions and reconciles your accounts each month.
- Your Accountant can close your books and prepare a trial balance. They can also send PDF copies of key financial reports including your profit and loss statement and balance sheet.

Our Accountants cannot start cleanup until all required supporting documentation is received which is requested after the initial meeting. Cleanup typically completes within 30 days after receiving all necessary documentation, though complexity and documentation timeliness may extend this period.
Subsequent monthly services include: setup of customers and vendors, assistance with reports and reporting tools, setup of chart of accounts, assistance with bank connections, expense type classification, categorization, and reconciliation based on client information, historical data importation, and ongoing bookkeeping support.

Agile Income Tax can assist you with tax preparation and tax filings, such as sales tax, federal and state income tax preparation, 1099’s, etc. Contact your Accountant at Agile Income Tax for further pricing information.
This applies to bookkeeping records up to your last tax filing. A business’ prior tax return must be filed and provided before cleanup begins. Accountants cannot start cleanup until all required documentation is received such as bank statements, loan statements, etc. which will be requested after the initial meeting. Our Bookkeeping service excludes tax preparation services, tax preparation assistance, and assurance services. Contact us for pricing related to tax preparation and/or tax advice. Cleanup services apply from your last business tax return date through the preceding calendar month before your initial signup.
Eligible errors include those made only by an Agile Income Tax Accountant. An “error” refers to: 1) transactions categorized incorrectly and 2) differences between QuickBooks balances and actual account balances.
To use the guarantee, please provide a transaction receipt, correspondence from an external tax accountant (if applicable), or an account balance document if there are discrepancies.
Agile Income Tax is not responsible for errors due to incorrect client-provided information or if book closure is overridden after month-end by the Accountant.
The cleanup fee must be paid in full within 30 days from signing up for the service. Agile Income Tax requires an upfront payment of 50%, with the remaining 50% due no later than 30 days after signing up.
There may be exceptions to the standard cleanup pricing. If you had another accounting firm managing your books before joining Agile Income Tax LLC, please consult with our Accountant to assess your specific situation and receive a personalized cleanup quote.
